  • Merchants: Attendance is complimentary, but registration is required.

All MAG Payments Summit – London 25 exhibitors will receive a 2m x 2m exhibit space with the following: 
  • 1.3m x 0.6m table
  • Two chairs 
  • Power connection

Additional features to customize your exhibit area will be coordinated directly with the 155 Convene event venue. 
  • AV: To order additional AV or hardline internet to your exhibit space please complete the this form found here and return submit to Convene AV manager, Mark Barry.
  • Custom Furniture furniture or other booth needs: If you are interested in custom furniture or other booth items, please contact Convene event manager, Simeon Bayer, for more information. 

If your team is shipping exhibit materials directly to 155 Convene event venue, please follow the event delivery instructions. All deliveries and collections to Convene 155 Bishopsgate must be recorded using the Fulcrum system following a change in loading bay operations. Register using the following link and fill out the appropriate details.https://wj-fulcrum.co.uk/.

Please note: All shipments sent to the event venue directly should arrive no earlier than 6 June 2025. Any packages delivered before this date may be subject to fees or turned away. 

The PROUD EXHIBITOR tool kit can be used in social media promotions of the event. We encourage you to promote your participation in this event through social media channels.  Be sure to review and adhere to the MAG brand guidelines! 

Attendee List to Sponsors:
  • Attendee Lists: Beginning 31 March, the MAG will post an attendance roster on the Summit website and update it weekly. As an added benefit to MAG EU Annual Sponsors, we will be sending 2 pre-summit registration lists (19 May and 28 May) and 1 post-summit attendee list (17 June) with the contact information of those registrants who have given their permission to share. We ask that you limit your number of electronic promotions to conference attendees to a maximum of no more than two email communications.
